About the job

As a growth marketer you enjoy balancing creativity with execution. You’ll bring ideas to life. Sometimes by rolling up your sleeves, other times by coordinating with freelancers. You’ll work closely with sales to make sure your campaigns open doors, spark curiosity, and generate high-quality conversations.

You’ll be hands-on with channels like email, LinkedIn, and webinars, tracking performance and making adjustments along the way. Ultimately, you’ll play a key role in bringing our marketing strategy to life; executing the plans, experimenting with new approaches, and making sure our message reaches the right people at the right time.

What you’ll do

  • Execute demand generation and brand awareness campaigns, from idea to delivery, together with the marketing team.

  • Run and scale recurring campaigns (like our podcast-style webinar series), keeping a clear calendar and improving them with each iteration.

  • Craft messaging that resonates with operations leaders (our core buyers) and quality leaders (our functional owners), translating our positioning into their language and day-to-day challenges.

  • Create sales enablement assets (battlecards, case studies, one-pagers) that help the sales team move opportunities forward.

  • Coordinate freelancers and specialists, ensuring their work fits seamlessly into campaigns.

  • Use AI tools to speed up content creation, campaign ideation, and execution, and keep exploring new ways AI can support our growth.

  • Work closely with the CMO and digital marketer to align campaigns with sales goals, product updates, and customer stories.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

  • Work in an agile way with the marketing team - short sprints, clear priorities, and continuous improvement.

How we measure success as a team

  • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated.

  • Pipeline contribution and revenue influenced.

  • Marketing’s contribution to shortening the sales cycle.

  • Campaign engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rates, sign-ups).

  • Growth in brand reach and awareness in our target markets.

What we’re looking for

We’re not counting years on your CV. What matters is that you can juggle campaigns, get things done, and deliver results. You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have experience running B2B marketing campaigns (extra points if that’s in SaaS or manufacturing).

  • Are hands-on with marketing tools like Hubspot: you can build landing pages, set up email campaigns, and make the tech work for you.

  • Can keep multiple projects moving without losing focus.

  • Know how to brief and manage freelancers so their work hits the mark.

  • Use AI to speed up marketing tasks and are curious about new ways it can help.

  • Switch easily between the big picture and the details, from planning a campaign calendar to polishing the copy on a webinar invite.

  • Communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

  • Have experience with HubSpot (that’s a strong plus).

  • Know your way around LinkedIn, both for organic and paid campaigns (a nice bonus).

  • Are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, not a must).

  • Have the legal right to work in the Netherlands (we can’t offer visa sponsorship).
