Medior Sales Executive – New Business (Europe & The Netherlands)

At AlisQI we're looking for a Medior Sales Executive – New Business (Europe & The Netherlands) to join our team.

Your role

You’ll be driving new business in the Netherlands and Europe, with around 20% of your time spent on cross-selling to existing accounts.
You’ll start with discovery meetings booked for you, but we expect you to create your own opportunities as well.

This role suits someone curious, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership. You don’t need SaaS experience or a degree — what matters is your ability to connect with people, ask great questions, and make things happen.

What you’ll do

  • Run discovery calls and turn them into qualified opportunities.

  • Build your own pipeline through outreach and networking.

  • Manage the sales process (avg. 6 months) from discovery to close, finding ways to shorten it.

  • Understand each prospect’s challenges and match them with AlisQI’s value.

  • Keep activity and pipeline data accurate in HubSpot CRM.

  • Work with marketing, sales engineers, and your mentor to improve conversions.

  • Use our sales playbook — and help improve it with your insights.

How we’ll measure success

  • Activity targets for discovery calls, outreach, and follow-ups.

  • Strong conversion rate from discovery to next stage.

  • First deals closed within 12 months (after that additionally revenue targets)

  • A healthy mix of booked and self-generated opportunities.

  • Shorter sales cycles in your territory.

What we’re looking for

You might have followed a traditional sales path or built your skills in a less conventional way — either can work. We think you’ll do well here if you:

  • Have ~5 years of sales experience (B2B preferred, manufacturing a plus).

  • Have some experience running a sales process from start to finish.

  • Speak fluent English. Dutch doesn’t need to be perfect — it can be a second or third language you’ve learned along the way.

  • Are confident working remotely and managing your own schedule.

  • Learn quickly — whether by doing, asking, or exploring.

  • Have a “fix it” mentality and a drive to succeed.

  • Leave your ego at the door and focus on results.

  • Keep yourself connected to people outside work (through hobbies, volunteering, sports, etc.) — remote work can be solo at times.
