AlisQI is an easy to implement and integrate, flexible and cloud based Quality Management platform. We enable manufacturing companies to make their Quality Management data driven, automated and integrated. More than 150 factories on all six continents use our platform for Quality Control, Quality Assurance and EHS management. We help our customers to reduce waste by up to 15%, increase their quality level and save up to 20% on time.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Whisperer to join our growing team. The Sales Whisperer will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base within the manufacturing industry. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing an integral role in driving our business' growth and revenue.
As our Sales Whisperer, you will:
Understand customer needs and market trends in the manufacturing industry
Foster and cultivate relationships with customers, gaining deep insight into their business goals, pain-points and requirements
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and introductory product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our QMS software solution
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management regarding forecasted sales
Provide feedback to the Product Development team to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers and remain competitive in the marketplace
Maintain an accurate, detailed and always-up-to-date sales administration of all your opportunities in our CRM (HubSpot)
Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers to develop and present tailored product demonstrations based on prospect use cases
Understand the competitive landscape in the QMS industry
Actively contribute to improving the AlisQI sales-cycle and value-proposition by proactively sharing lessons learned and suggesting new ideas

The ideal Sales Whisperer:
Is a team player, someone who likes to collaborate and achieve collective (as well as individual) results
Is self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Has a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, manufacturing, or related field
Has a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics and a proven track record of successful sales in B2B SaaS
Is able to have high level conversations regarding integration capabilities and APIs
A commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Dutch and English
Experience selling to the Manufacturing Industry is strongly preferred, and experience with selling QMS software would be great, but not necessary
Is based in the Netherlands. Benelux will be the primary market, but candidate should be willing to focus on other markets such as 'Rest of Europe', 'Rest of World' or others. As such, flexibility, fluency in English and intercultural sensitivity are a 'must'!
