Sr Demand Generation Marketer
What you'll do
Drive full-funnel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and content: from concept and positioning through to execution and optimization.
Stay close to developments in process and batch manufacturing, and translate market and buyer signals into outreach that lands at the right moment.
Work closely with sales to align on target accounts, refine messaging, and ensure marketing creates opportunities that convert.
Shape messaging that resonates with the real pressures of our buyers (VP Operations, Quality Managers, and Plant Managers) and sharpen it based on what converts.
Use AI to accelerate research, content, and campaign personalization. Keep on top of new technology and use cases.
Own your numbers: pipeline contribution, revenue influenced, and sales cycle impact. Use that data to sharpen the next campaign.
How we measure success as a team
Pipeline generated and revenue influenced by marketing.
Marketing’s contribution to shortening the sales cycle.
Quality and conversion rate of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Campaign engagement metrics (CTR, conversion rates, sign-ups).
Growth in brand reach and authority in our target markets.
What we’re looking for
You’ve been around long enough to know that great campaigns start with deep market understanding - and that winning takes more than a good idea. We think you’ll thrive here if you:
Have relevant hands-on demand generation experience (not just broader marketing) and a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end and driving pipeline. You know the difference between activity and results. SaaS or manufacturing-adjacent experience is a plus.
Follow your market closely: you read the trade press, know what’s keeping ops leaders up at night, and can turn a trend into a campaign brief
Are hungry to win. Not satisfied with decent results, you want to outperform, and you bring that energy to everything.
Execute with precision and commercial instinct. You’re as comfortable building a messaging framework as reviewing a landing page before it goes live, and you know what makes a campaign actually convert.
Are confident using AI for research, content, and campaign optimization, always hunting for the next edge, and know HubSpot (or similar systems) well enough to build and run your own campaigns.
You know your way around LinkedIn, both for organic content and paid campaigns.
Are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands, where this role is based; visa sponsorship is not available.

A salary between €65,000 and €80,000 gross per year, depending on experience, with room for a performance bonus.
